Curve have been working very hard during the last few weeks to ensure that we can continue to offer a high level of interior design service to our wonderful customers, whilst putting their safety, and the safety of our staff and suppliers at the forefront of every decision that has been made.
In unprecedented times we have made some changes to the way that we work and are excited that we are able to safely continue projects, delivering ideas remotely as necessary and with new, carefully managed installation practices.
We have updated our risk assessments, taking advice from our industry bodies and HM Government on how to continue to work safely during the pandemic.
In the studio we’ve implemented measures to ensure excellent hygiene, increased cleaning, social distancing and minimal contact with others.
On site we are managing our tradespeople and deliveries / installation with careful planning, social distancing, hand washing, direction around site, travel to and from site and PPE.
Most of our suppliers are up and running and we are able to work with our bespoke joiners, upholsterers and curtain makers. We are also working with many furniture and fabric suppliers who are shipping as normal, with good stock levels – including our European partners, most of whom are now delivering to the UK.
Initial consultations, design briefings, presentations and development meetings can all be carried out using telephone meetings, FaceTime, Zoom, emails, Pinterest etc .. we can be creative and flexible in the way that we work as we head towards a new ‘normal’ practice.
